Oca Selva is a beautiful and modern villa designed to blend seamlessly within its lush jungle surroundings. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area. The architecture features clean, contemporary lines softened by warm natural materials and surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience.
When choosing a name for their new vacation home, it was important to the homeowners that it would truly reflect the home's character as a warm and welcoming family house. They wanted the name to carry a personal touch, which is why they chose to refer to their family name, Gans which translates into Spanish as Oca. “Selva,” meaning jungle, represents the lush natural surroundings that embrace this home. Together, the name Oca Selva also playfully connects to “Juego de la Oca en la Selva” which is the jungle version of the traditional children’s game “Goose Board.” This subtle reference adds a lighthearted and meaningful detail, reflecting their family roots and the joy of spending time together as a family.
This lovely villa offers a spacious layout centered around connection and flow. The main living areas open directly to the pool terrace, while an upper-level open-air lounge provides a standout space to relax, gather with friends and family, or enjoy quiet moments surrounded by nature.
The villa features three king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. Each bedroom is designed as a peaceful retreat with natural light and garden or pool views.
While the main level offers air conditioning in the kitchen and dining areas, we recommend opening all sliding doors for your enjoyment throughout the day. And when you leave the villa, close all doors to avoid coming home to monkeys frolicking in kitchen! This villa has open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with a covered outdoor terrace and private pool with shallow entry steps. Surrounded by lush greenery, Oca Selva offers a private and tranquil setting immersed in the beauty of the jungle.
Guests will receive personalized concierge services before and throughout their stay and have access to all the resort amenities including the beach, resort pools, and on-site shuttle service. This property is walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and ATMs in Manuel Antonio.

- The maximum number of guests is based upon two people per bed. Bedding for additional guests (such as rollaway beds or air beds) is not permitted.
- This property is family oriented, it is not suitable for guests looking for a wild party location.
