What is Tulemar?

Tulemar is a one-of-a-kind 33 acre, gated and secure, residential resort located right in the heart of Manuel Antonio. Our Tulemar re­sort has the largest selection of 40+ exclusively offered properties including our classic Bungalows and Luxurious Private Villas like El Escondite, SolAngelo, PazAmore’, Casa Los Monos, Mirazul, Casa de Frutos, Bamboo Villas, and more.

All accommodations in Tulemar are privately owned vacation homes that together make up the Tulemar resort. Our properties are sur­rounded by jungle and the wildlife is abundant. You’ll see three types of monkeys, two types of sloths, scarlet macaws, two types of toucans, motmots, kiskadees, other exotic birds, iguanas, agoutis, and more right from your villa and throughout the resort.

Our 24 hour front desk and reception area is located within Tule­mar. Our reservations team consists of Vacation Specialists who are located in our office right here in Manuel Antonio. They are very fa­miliar with each of our properties and are happy and ready to help you find the best options for your stay.

The Tulemar Gardens Resort is managed by the Homeowner’s Asso­ciation made up of the individual homeowners. Tulemar is centrally located in the desirable town of Manuel Antonio. We are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops. Another great dining option that many guests choose to experience is a private chef who can prepare some or all of your meals. Dine in or delivery service is also available from several local restaurants.
