Perched in the rainforest canopy, home to countless varieties of birds as well as monkeys and sloths, this villa offers sweeping views of Manuel Antonio's famous national park, the beach and jungle, and is only a short walk from the heart of Manuel Antonio's restaurant scene. Walk 1,000 steps down a tree-lined path and you will reach picturesque Playitas beach.
Comprised of two levels with ample lounging areas, and high speed wifi available throughout the home. Each of the five bedrooms has a wrap-around balcony and a TV. The five bathrooms feature natural, Italian quartz counters and cabinets designed by Binova Milano, imported from Italy. High ceilings welcome soft breezes, whilst comfortable furnishings, mood lighting, and delicate wood touches contribute to the feeling of relaxation and barefoot luxury. Timeless design and spaciousness are conveyed through impressive giant doors, elegant Grespania porcelain flooring, and incomparable views that can be seen from almost anywhere in the villa.
Unique to the villa, is the grand, upstairs kitchen featuring a large, built-in island, stainless steel appliances, and counters crafted out of Caesarstone quartz, designed by INTERIORS of Escazu. The glass doors of the kitchen fully open up onto the large, tiled infinity pool, and entertainment area overlooking lush jungle with spectacular views of the ocean. Downstairs, you will find a smaller, well-equipped kitchenette.
Manuel Antonio boasts one of the country's finest National Parks, and you will find many things to do around here. The area abounds with jungle-clad beaches and bays, is rich in wildlife, and is known for adventure activities. Your personal concierge will be available to help with your planning prior to your arrival as well as onsite throughout your stay. Some favorite activities include booking a personal chef, spa services, a cooking class, park tour with a guide, boat tours, ATVs, catamaran sunset trips, white water rafting, ziplining, a bean-to-bar chocolate workshop, fishing charters, and local transportation. Casa Playitas is also just a short walk away from bus stops, grocery stores, a pharmacy, ATMs, and other favorite local shops.

- Since this property is nearby but outside of Tulemar, you will not have access to the Tulemar resort or the resort amenities. However, a Beach Service package is available for purchase for guests to enjoy the beautiful Manuel Antonio beach (not Tulemar Beach) throughout their stay. This service includes transportation to and from the beach, lounge chairs, access to showers and restrooms, plus food and drinks are available for purchase. This service is available 7 days a week. Ask your concierge for details, including pricing.
- This property is family oriented, it is not suitable for guests looking for a wild party location. All guests must be named in the reservation and overnight visitors are not allowed. This property will not accommodate bachelor, bachelorette, stag, hen, or similar types of parties.
