• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Our team will confirm the exact amount due, including tax and resort fee, prior to invoicing you.
• The certificate can be used as payment for temporary lodging at Tulemar in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica when booked through the seller, Tulemar, LLC., (owner of tulemar.com). The certificate cannot be used to book through travel agencies or any other company.
• The certificate has no cash value and cannot be applied toward the cost of transportation, meals, excursions or any incidental costs associated with the recipient’s use of the lodging.
• Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and Tulemar, LLC provides no guarantee regarding the availability of specific accommodations for specific dates. Availability and prices are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed.
• The purchase price of the certificate is not refundable under any circumstances.
• The certificate expires five (5) years from the date of issue.
• The recipient may transfer the certificate to another guest. The guest named on the certificate must notify Tulemar, LLC, when transferring the certificate, and the transfer is subject to the same terms and conditions contained herein.
