The Villas are located in a section of private and gated forest that has its own exclusive beach and an infinity pool. .
Both upstairs and downstairs units have panoramic views of ocean and forest.
Villa Mot Mot has two floors that both have separate entrances. It is a two story detached Villa that feels like a tree house. The units can be rented separately or together.
The Villa is visited daily by three kinds of monkeys, birds (that include Toucans, Mot Mot birds and hummingbirds), Coatis, Iguanas, sloth and too many species to list.
Upstairs Deluxe Apartment
The top floor is teak wood and has one bedroom with two queen beds. There is also a pull out trundle style day bed in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and large wrap around deck that looks out onto the ocean. The veranda is covered for outside dining and seating including a relaxing hammock.
Downtstairs retreat for one or two
The bottom floor is a studio apartment with king size bed, kitchenette and large Jacuzzi tub. It also has a small deck for watching the sunset. Perfect for couples!
